Tracy Clark
Counsellor, PsychD, PACFA
Counselling and psychotherapy felt like a natural progression in my career. I’ve spent most of my working life in the helping and health professions, initially as a Division 1 nurse - a role I was truly passionate about and loved. My path to counselling began through my volunteer work with Lifeline, an experience that was deeply transformative. For the first time, I had the space to truly listen to people, something I often couldn’t do amid the fast-paced demands of nursing on the ward. That experience inspired me to pursue formal training, leading to a three-year degree in Counselling followed by a two-year postgraduate qualification in Process Oriented Psychotherapy.
