I have been practicing counselling and psychotherapy for 14 years. And feel deeply privileged to sit alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges.
Whether you're facing a significant life transition, grieving a significant loss, seeking a new perspective, or simply needing to be truly heard, I offer a space where you are met with compassion, respect, and empathy.
